Poster Information

Poster size: 1.8m (width) x 1.0m (height) (LANDSCAPE) space will be available for each poster. Portrait style posters are allowed but cannot be guaranteed to fit fully on the boards provided.

The conference CANNOT guarantee to provide push pins, tape, or any other office supplies needed to put your posters up, so please bring what you need just to be sure.

It will also be possible (in addition to the printed poster) to provide a PDF version of your poster and other supporting information via the Whova conference app. All poster presenters will be sent a unique link to allow this before the meeting.

Talks Information

Please make sure to bring your presentation (4:3 or 16:9 display formats can be accommodated) in a format easily read by common computer systems (.pdf, .ppt, .pptx). Make sure to embed fonts into your presentation if you are using unusual ones. If you wish to use an IOS device please remember to bring an appropriate adaptor.

Please make sure to contact your session chair the day before your presentation to confirm timings and avoid delays due to technical issues.
